## Description

Business Development Manager – Fragrance

We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager – Fragrance with a proven background in high-end sales and business development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a college/university education, with flexibility regarding the field of study. Candidates with experience in premium, luxury, fragrance, lifestyle, retail, FMCG, facilities, or other high-value B2B sales sectors will be considered. Hospitality experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.

The candidate should be:

• Commercially driven with a strong track record in business development and new-business acquisition

• Experienced in identifying and opening new accounts and business opportunities

• Confident in dealing with senior decision-makers and premium clients

• Skilled in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Strong in presentation, negotiation, communication, and client engagement

• Professional in appearance, communication, and overall business conduct

• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently driving revenue growth

We are looking for a higher-calibre business development professional, rather than candidates whose experience is primarily focused on account servicing, relationship maintenance, or routine sales activities.
