## Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, manage, and grow our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the real estate sales team.

• Set sales targets and monitor team performance.

• Generate leads and support agents in closing deals.

• Train and coach team members on sales and property knowledge.

• Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.

• Prepare sales reports and ensure targets are achieved.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales.

• Experience in both Offplan & Secondary

• Previous team leadership/management experience preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Good knowledge of the UAE property market.

• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

Salary & Commission:

• Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission + Team Override
