## Description

Project Manager – Banking Transformation

• Location: Abu Dhabi

• Work setup: Onsite

• Initial project duration: 6 months

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale regulatory or finance transformation programme within the banking sector.

Key requirements:

• Proven project management experience delivering large-scale regulatory, finance, or enterprise transformation initiatives

• Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT functions

• Experience managing project plans, governance, risks, dependencies, reporting, and senior stakeholder communication

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive delivery within complex, regulated environments

• Previous experience working within a bank or financial services organisation is essential

• Must be willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi
