Role Description The Real Estate Agent will work full time on-site in Abu Dhabi, supporting clients through the end-to-end process of buying, selling, and leasing properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting listings, and advising clients on market conditions and property values. The role involves managing negotiations, coordinating documentation, and ensuring all transactions comply with local regulations and company policies. The Real Estate Agent will maintain accurate records in company systems, provide responsive customer service, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and strengthen the company’s presence in the local market.
Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices in the UAE.

• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate sales, including listing, marketing, and closing residential and/or commercial properties.

• Proven Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed performance targets.

• Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and local community developments.

• Proficiency in basic office software and real estate CRM or listing platforms.

• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.

• Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage.

• Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
