Sykon Properties offers a comprehensive range of services, including off-plan properties, resale transactions, and short-term rentals. The team provides support at every stage of the real estate journey, from initial consultation to closing and post-sale service. The company is located in Office 304, Bay Square 2, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and advise clients on suitable investment and residential opportunities. Responsibilities include sourcing and listing properties, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and guiding clients through the entire sales or leasing process. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property laws, and developments, as well as coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions. The Real Estate Agent will also handle documentation, follow up on leads, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of local real property regulations.

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge, including market trends, property types, and transaction processes.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Business, Real Estate, or a related field are beneficial.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage), and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, maintain ethical conduct, and meet performance targets is required.
