## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for oilfield, industrial, and engineering products.

• Leverage relationships with ADNOC, EPC contractors, oil & gas, and petrochemical companies.

• Represent international manufacturers across the UAE and GCC.

• Build strong relationships with procurement, supply chain, and project decision-makers.

• Identify projects, tenders, and new business opportunities.

• Support manufacturers with market entry, ADNOC registration, and local representation.

• Coordinate with technical/commercial teams on proposals and contract negotiations.

• Attend industry events and expand business networks.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.

• Manage the sales pipeline and drive customer retention.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).

• 15–20 years of proven experience in oilfield supplies trading, industrial equipment sales, or oil & gas service companies.

• Previous employment with leading oilfield trading houses, engineering companies, or oilfield service providers is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain practices within the UAE oil & gas industry.

• Experience in handling large EPC projects, framework agreements, and long-term supply contracts with ADNOC and major oil & gas operators.
