## Description

Business Central Functional Consultant / System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant / System Analyst to support the implementation, improvement, and daily operation of Business Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional system requirements.

• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Work closely with business users, developers, and implementation partners.

• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and test scenarios.

• Manage change requests and ensure proper testing before deployment.

• Support system integrations, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and promote the use of standard Business Central functionality.

• Provide user support and training when required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Strong knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes.

• Experience in Business Central implementation, configuration, support, and UAT.

• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Experience working with developers and third-party vendors.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Arabic, Serbian, and Croatian speakers are preferred
