## Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead project planning, reporting, and governance for a large-scale data center campus. The role ensures consistent project controls, compliance with industry standards and company policies, and effective implementation of processes, procedures, and systems across the programme.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead programme-wide project planning, reporting, and governance strategy.

• Establish project controls policies, standards, systems, and procedures.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of programme data and reporting.

• Standardize document workflows and project controls processes.

• Develop and maintain the programme-wide master schedule.

• Establish WBS, coding structures, and project control frameworks.

• Coordinate schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

• Monitor progress, identify schedule variances, and drive corrective actions.

• Conduct critical path, scenario, and schedule risk analysis.

• Develop progress measurement systems, dashboards, and performance KPIs.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and management reports for senior leadership.

• Validate contractor progress submissions and maintain planning audit trails.

• Implement digital planning and reporting tools such as P6 and Power BI.

• Drive automation, visualization, and continuous improvement across project controls.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant professional/chartered qualification.

• 10+ years of relevant experience delivering data centers or complex engineering projects.

• Proven experience in programme planning and reporting for large-scale projects.

• Proficiency in P6, BIM 360, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore.

• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.

• Knowledge of construction technology, permitting, sequencing, testing, commissioning, and regulations.

• Strong strategic planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
