## Description

We are hiring a for a leading organization in UAE. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the effective adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA-enabled business processes across the organization.

This is a business-facing operational role, not an IT or SAP consulting position. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA operational experience with proven process ownership and business process management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key business point of contact for assigned functions within SAP S/4HANA.

• Provide business input into As-Is / To-Be process design.

• Execute process-driven User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Review migrated data, transactions, reports, and business outputs.

• Support cutover activities and provide first-line operational support post go-live.

• Champion SAP S/4HANA adoption, change management, and user engagement.

• Support the development of SOPs, training materials, and user documentation.

• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control risks.

• Drive continuous process improvement and ensure processes remain aligned with business and compliance requirements.

• Ensure effective use of SAP standard functionality while addressing legitimate business requirements.

Mandatory Requirements:

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

• Proven hands-on SAP S/4HANA operational experience.

• Direct experience executing day-to-day business processes within SAP S/4HANA.

• Experience supporting live operations after SAP go-live.

• Strong understanding of SAP transactions, workflows, approvals, controls, and reporting.

• Demonstrable process ownership or process management experience.

• Hands-on experience defining, documenting, and improving business processes.

• Ability to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and operational/control risks.

• Strong ability to balance SAP standard processes with business and compliance requirements.

Required Background:

• Strong operational experience in a core business function such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Service, HR, or related functions.

• Mandatory SAP S/4HANA operational experience.

• Proven business process management experience.

• Prior ERP or SAP transformation/program exposure is preferred.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
