Job Role: Project Manager – Banking Domain

Total Work of Exp. – 10 to 14 Years

Job Location – Onsite (Dubai)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain to manage end-to-end program planning, delivery, governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute programs by defining scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and detailed project plans.

• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Conduct risk and issue review workshops with key stakeholders and maintain risk logs.

• Monitor program progress against milestones and proactively address delays and dependencies.

• Manage delivery timelines and ensure all project dependencies are completed on schedule.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation covering activities, decisions, changes, and milestones.

• Provide regular program status updates to senior stakeholders, including risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

• Conduct regular project governance meetings with business, technology, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project teams.

Required Skills:

• 10 -14 years of overall experience, preferably within the Banking/Financial Services domain.

• Strong experience in Project/Program Management and delivery.

• Excellent knowledge of risk, issue, dependency, and timeline management.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in project governance, reporting, and documentation.

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
