Forefront Realty is expanding its team in Abu Dhabi, and we’re looking for ambitious, driven, and experienced Real Estate Consultants to join our growing Off-Plan and Secondary Market teams.

Real Estate Consultant – Abu Dhabi

Teams: Off-Plan & Secondary Market

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, lead generation, and prospecting.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.

• Conduct property viewings and provide professional market guidance.

• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from initial inquiry through closing.

• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market, communities, and developments.

• Manage your client pipeline and consistently work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.

• Deliver a high standard of service throughout the client journey.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of real estate experience preferred.

• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.

• Passionate about building a long-term career in real estate.

• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market is an advantage.

• ADREC certification/licence is an advantage.

• UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

• Candidates currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi are welcome to apply.\
