## Description

Motion Graphic Designer (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 10,000 - 13,000 per month

Our client is a fast-growing social media agency in Dubai, working with a portfolio of leading regional and international brands. They are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating engaging social-first content and has strong video editing skills.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, understands the latest social media trends, and can bring creative ideas to life through motion design and video.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and LinkedIn

• Edit short and long-form video content for client campaigns

• Design engaging animations, transitions, titles and visual effects

• Work closely with the creative, social media and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets

• Adapt creative content across multiple digital platforms and formats

• Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard and within tight deadlines

• Stay up to date with social media trends, editing techniques and motion design best practices

Requirements

• Arabic speaker (essential)

• 2-4 years' experience in a Motion Graphics or Video Editing role

• Previous experience working within a social media, creative or digital marketing agency

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (essential)

• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Experience creating content optimised for social-first platforms

• Strong eye for design, animation, typography and storytelling

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations and edited video content
