## Description

Are you a senior B2B sales operator in the GCC with a strong enterprise network, looking for a step up into a senior leadership seat with a globally recognised brand?

This role is with a global enterprise solutions business scaling its Dubai office as part of a wider regional build-out. The business works with over 1,000 enterprise clients worldwide and is entering a growth phase across the GCC, with a differentiated product offering and a strong existing client base to build on.

The Dubai team is growing to capture a genuine market window, and this hire is being made with senior leadership progression in mind.

What's in it for you?

• Base salary between AED 30,000 and 40,000 per month DoE

• OTE roughly doubles base, full commission scheme shared at offer

• Reports directly to the Regional Head of Sales

What will you be doing?

• Owning the GCC enterprise patch as a primarily new-logo mandate. This is a hunting role first

• Running heavy outbound. Prospecting, cold outreach, working your network, breaking into named accounts from zero

• Driving full-cycle enterprise sales end to end, from first touch through discovery, pricing, and close

• Pitching to senior enterprise decision-makers across the region, with a focus on the financial services and investment ecosystem

• Building and owning a live pipeline across the GCC, with a clear cadence on prospecting, qualification, and forecasting

• Nurturing and expanding a warm book of existing accounts already on the team to keep renewals healthy and cross-sell in flight

• Partnering with the Regional Head on territory strategy, pricing, and market segmentation

• Setting the standard for what a Dubai senior commercial hire looks like as the office scales, with a path to leading a small commercial team

What do you need?

• 5 to 10 years of senior B2B sales experience with a proven record of carrying and hitting a new business quota

• Evidence of net new logo wins, not just renewals or expansion. This is a hunter seat

• A warm, working network into senior enterprise decision-makers across the GCC, ideally across financial services, professional services, or the wider investment ecosystem

• Experience selling premium subscription products, data, research, or high-value consultative services into senior buyers

• Comfort running heavy outbound and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

• Some form of leadership exposure, whether managing a sales associate, SDR, or owning a territory build

• Already based in the GCC, or with a clear and credible relocation plan

• Arabic language a strong plus
