## Description

Prime Luxury Properties is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the Dubai real estate industry and a strong understanding of recruiting property consultants, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and UAE labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for real estate agents and support staff

• Source, interview, and onboard qualified candidates

• Develop HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems

• Maintain employee records, attendance, contracts, and documentation

• Coordinate training and development programmes

• Support management in building a productive and positive work culture

• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws

• Monitor agent performance, retention, and workforce requirements

Requirements

• Proven HR experience within the Dubai real estate industry is mandatory

• Strong recruitment network and knowledge of the UAE property market

• Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR practices

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
