## Description

Mediterranean Fine Dining Head Chef — Dubai

We are seeking an exceptionally experienced and highly qualified Mediterranean Fine Dining Head Chef to lead the culinary operation of an upcoming hospitality project in Dubai.

This is a senior leadership position suited to a chef with a strong track record in Mediterranean cuisine, fine dining, kitchen management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee all culinary operations of the restaurant.

* Develop and execute a high-quality Mediterranean fine dining menu.

* Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, consistency, and service.

* Lead, train, and manage the kitchen brigade.

* Oversee kitchen operations, food preparation, HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.

* Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, wastage, and kitchen profitability.

* Work closely with management on menu development, costing, sourcing, and pre-opening preparations.

* Establish and maintain professional kitchen systems and standards.

* Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers an exceptional fine dining experience.

Requirements

* Currently based in Dubai, UAE — mandatory.

* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Dubai.

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in fine dining.

* Proven experience working with Mediterranean cuisine.

* Strong leadership and kitchen management experience.

* Demonstrated ability to manage a high-performing culinary team.

* Excellent understanding of Mediterranean ingredients, techniques, and flavors.

* Strong knowledge of food costing, menu development, kitchen systems, and quality control.

* Highly professional, hands-on, organized, and capable of working in a demanding fine dining environment.
