## Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr.Manager/Manager – Sales and Marketing to manage B2B sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing travel trade partnerships, driving sales growth, and increasing market presence in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and Marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and MICE partners.

• Generate new business opportunities for FIT, group travel, and customized holiday packages.

• Conduct sales meetings, travel agent visits, workshops, and promotional activities.

• Work closely with the DMC team to develop market-specific travel products.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide sales reports.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in travel sales, DMC, destination marketing, or international holiday sales.

• Strong B2B travel agent network across UAE and GCC.

• Experience with international destinations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Experience with DMC/tour operators/travel representation companies preferred.

• With tourism board experience or market representation company for tourism boards.

Qualification

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field.

• Interested candidates with relevant international travel sales experience may apply.
