Area Sales Manager – International Markets T1

Office: Sharjah, UAE

Territory: KSA, Bahrain, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria & Ethiopia

Salary: to AED 25,000 - AED 30,000 per month

Rapidrop is continuing to grow internationally, and we’re looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to help drive our commercial growth across a diverse and exciting international territory.

This is a highly relationship-focused role where you’ll develop new business, strengthen distributor and consultant partnerships, identify project opportunities and help ensure Rapidrop products are specified and positioned effectively across major projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and delivering sales strategies across your territory

• Identifying new business and market opportunities

• Building strong relationships with distributors, consultants and key industry stakeholders

• Supporting project tracking and specification activity

• Managing a strong sales pipeline and key accounts

• Representing Rapidrop at client meetings, exhibitions and industry events

• Keeping close to market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales or business development experience, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment

• Experience working across international markets, ideally including the Middle East and/or Africa

• A strong track record of managing distributors, partnerships or key accounts

• Experience engaging with consultants and influencing project specifications

• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills

• Fluent written and spoken English is essential

• An additional language relevant to the territory would be desirable

• Willingness to travel regularly across the territory
