The Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you help run the kitchen day to day. You lead your sections, keep standards high, and support the senior chefs across service and preparation.

What You'll Do

• Help run kitchen sections during service

• Keep quality, portioning and presentation consistent

• Support stock control and reduce waste

• Coach and support commis and demi chefs

• Prepare for events and special requests

• Keep hygiene and safety standards high

What You Need

• Kitchen experience at senior chef de partie level or above

• Good cooking fundamentals and consistency

• Organised and calm when it is busy

• A team player who helps others learn

• Culinary training or equivalent experience
