We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruiter to join our People Team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in recruitment within a fast-paced, international business. While previous recruitment experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong transferable skills and a genuine interest in developing within recruitment. The Role As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle across the business, working closely with the People Team and hiring managers to identify, attract and secure high-quality talent. You will gain hands-on experience across sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offers and onboarding, while developing your understanding of recruitment best practices and the UAE talent market. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with the People Team and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and candidate profiles. • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from role qualification through to offer and onboarding. • Create and manage job advertisements across LinkedIn and other relevant recruitment platforms. • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals and direct outreach. • Proactively identify and approach suitable candidates, including passive talent. • Review CVs and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates against role requirements. • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments and meetings with hiring managers. • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Provide constructive feedback and updates to candidates throughout the process. • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and reporting. • Support reference checks and background screening where required. • Assist with preparing and coordinating offer letters and pre-employment documentation. • Support the People Team in delivering a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Assist with recruitment campaigns and initiatives to increase the company's talent pipeline. • Continuously develop knowledge of the UAE recruitment market, particularly within real estate, property and professional services. What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, business development or a similar people-focused role. • Real estate recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident speaking with candidates at all levels. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. • A proactive and persistent approach to sourcing candidates. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. • Confident using LinkedIn and other online platforms to identify candidates. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment systems. • A positive, professional and team-oriented approach.
