## Description

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with strong experience in Forex/CFD retail sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, increasing net deposits and trading activity, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new retail client acquisition within the Forex/CFD market.

• Build and manage a strong portfolio of active, high-value retail clients.

• Generate consistent net deposits, trading volume, and revenue in line with business targets.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support retention and account growth.

• Identify new client acquisition opportunities and potential markets for expansion.

• Maintain a strong understanding of client needs, market trends, and competitor activity.

• Mentor and support junior sales team members where required.

• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Forex/CFD retail sales or business development experience.

• Proven track record of generating strong net deposits, trading volume, and revenue.

• An established book of active retail clients is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of MT4, MT5, CRM systems, and brokerage operations.

• Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

• Arabic, English languages are highly desirable.

• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Priority will be given to candidates with an established retail client book and a demonstrated ability to generate immediate business.
