## Description

Our client, an established design consultancy in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Architect with strong Revit expertise to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong background in architectural design, technical documentation, BIM coordination, and the delivery of projects using Revit. This role would suit an Architect who is highly confident working within Revit and can take ownership of architectural documentation and coordination across project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver architectural designs from concept through to detailed design and construction documentation.

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation using Revit.

• Take ownership of Revit models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.

• Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and documentation.

• Coordinate architectural models and drawings with structural, MEP, interior design, and other consultants.

• Identify and resolve design and technical coordination issues.

• Review and maintain the quality of architectural documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with project architects, designers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure drawings and models comply with project requirements, design intent, and relevant regulations.

• Support the preparation of presentations, design documentation, and project deliverables.

• Contribute to improving BIM/Revit workflows and maintaining high documentation standards.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of professional architectural experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

• Previous experience within a design consultancy or architectural practice.

• Expert-level proficiency in Revit is essential.

• Strong understanding of Revit modelling, documentation, families, and architectural workflows.

• Strong technical architectural and construction documentation skills.

• Good understanding of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project environments.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.

• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.

• UAE experience is preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
