Role - Sales & Business Development Executive – GCC

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 1–2 Years

About the Role

Anix Global is looking for a target-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth across the UAE/GCC.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.

• Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, HR Services or Consulting is preferred.

• UAE/GCC corporate network is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented and strong in client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new B2B leads.

• Acquire corporate clients for Recruitment, Staffing & Outsourcing services.

• Build relationships with HR Heads, Procurement Managers, CXOs and Business Heads.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.

• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
