WE ARE HIRING | PLANNING ENGINEER – Substation ELECTRICAL 🚨

📍 Location: UAE – Site Based

⚡ Industry: High Voltage Substation Projects

💼 Experience: 8–12 Years

🎓 Qualification: Engineering Degree preferred

🔑 KEY SKILLS

• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6

• High Voltage Substation project experience

• Project Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring

• Costing & Resource Planning

• Critical Path & EOT Analysis

• Baseline Schedule Preparation & Updates

• Look-Ahead & Recovery Planning

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint

📌 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

• Develop baseline schedules for electrical packages and align them with project milestones.

• Monitor project progress and regularly update schedules.

• Perform critical path analysis and identify delays with corrective actions.

• Conduct EOT (Extension of Time) analysis and prepare reports.

• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and equipment effectively.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and QA/QC teams.

• Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans and progress reports.

• Maintain accurate project planning documentation and records.

• Support the project team in achieving cost, time and quality objectives.
