Hiring: Site Engineer – Civil / Electrical

📍 Location: UAE

💼 Experience: 5–10 Years

💰 CTC: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month

🏗️ Project: High Voltage (HV) Substation

We are hiring experienced Site Engineers – Civil / Electrical with strong hands-on experience in HV Substation projects.

📌 Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil and/or electrical construction activities at site.

• Manage site activities from site establishment and mobilization through project execution to final handover.

• Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

• Coordinate with civil, electrical, QA/QC and HSE teams for smooth project execution.

• Supervise contractors and subcontractors and monitor manpower, materials and productivity.

• Review drawings and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve site issues.

• Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with project quality and HSE requirements.

• Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning activities.

• Maintain site records, documentation and handover dossiers.

• Coordinate with client, consultant and project management teams.

🎯 Candidate Profile

✔️ B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering

✔️ 5–10 years of relevant Site Engineering experience

✔️ HV Substation project experience is mandatory

✔️ Strong site execution and coordination skills

✔️ UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage
