Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Local real estate market.

• Drive sales and business development initiatives to achieve assigned targets.

• Build and maintain a strong network of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.

• Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

• Monitor market trends and provide insights on new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Emirati with a strong interest in real estate and business development.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.

• Previous experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or real estate is preferred.
