## Description

Real Estate Masters is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced Off-Plan Property Consultants who are passionate about Dubai real estate, confident in building client relationships, and motivated to achieve strong results.

You will represent premium off-plan developments from Dubai’s leading developers, engage potential investors through company-provided marketing opportunities, and meet clients at our exclusive stands in five-star hotels and prime high-traffic locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell premium off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.

• Attend company-provided stands at luxury hotels, malls and high-traffic venues to generate leads and convert walk-in clients.

• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through networking, referrals, prospecting and stand activities.

• Understand clients’ investment objectives and recommend suitable properties and payment plans.

• Provide professional advice on market trends, upcoming developments and potential investment opportunities.

• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, property viewings and site visits.

• Negotiate and close transactions while complying with company procedures and RERA requirements.

• Maintain consistent client follow-up to build trust, secure repeat business and generate referrals.

• Remain informed about new project launches, developer updates, market conditions and competitor activities.
