## Description

Lead and supervise site construction activities for Mechanical, HVAC, Piping, Painting, Insulation, Refractory and Fireproofing, ensuring safe execution within schedule, quality and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, field personnel and construction activities against project schedules.

• Develop 90-day/6-week look-ahead plans and ensure workfront readiness.

• Review construction methods, procedures, IFC drawings and technical queries.

• Coordinate with Engineering, PMT, Client, QC and subcontractors to resolve site issues.

• Monitor daily progress, quality inspections, RFIs, ITRs, NCRs and punch-list closure.

• Supervise Mechanical/Piping activities including pressure testing, flange management, equipment installation and rotating equipment.

• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and system turnover activities.

• Review HVAC installation, testing, documentation and compliance with project requirements.

• Monitor subcontractor changes, site instructions, variations, quantities and cost impacts.

• Ensure competent and certified personnel, safe work practices and compliance with project standards.

• 8+ years Mechanical & Piping Engineering experience in international Oil & Gas EPC construction/subcontracting; 8+ years HVAC experience for HVAC-focused roles.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of Mechanical/HVAC, Piping and construction activities.

• Thorough knowledge of ASME, API codes and standards for static/rotating equipment and piping.

• Middle East, CIS/FSU or North Africa experience preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and subcontractor management skills.

• Lifting and scaffolding supervision training preferred.
