WE ARE HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR | HIGH-RISE BUILDING

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a high-rise building project.

📍 Location: UAE

💼 Position: Quantity Surveyor

🏢 Project: High-Rise Building

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of the project.

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.

• Prepare and review interim payment applications and valuations.

• Manage subcontractor payments, variations, claims, and final accounts.

• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.

• Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.

• Prepare cost reports and commercial reports.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.

• Identify potential cost impacts and provide commercial recommendation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-rise building projects.

• Strong experience in BOQ, quantity take-off, valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.

• Good knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.

• Strong knowledge of Excel and QS/commercial software.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
