## Description

Want to sell a product that actually helps businesses grow?

A Dubai-based financial services company is building out its sales team. They work with SMEs across the UAE - restaurants, retailers, growing businesses - providing fast access to working capital when they need it most. The product sells itself once you get in the room. The challenge is getting in the room, which is why they need strong BDMs who know how to open doors.

This role is for you if:

• You have 2-4 years of B2B sales experience and a track record of closing

• You're a self-starter who builds their own pipeline - you don't wait for leads to come to you

• You want a role where your effort directly drives your earnings

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying and approaching SME business owners across Dubai

• Running outbound activity - calls, meetings, LinkedIn, referrals - to build your pipeline

• Qualifying leads, presenting the product, and closing deals

• Managing relationships and growing your client base from day one

What we need:

• 2-4 years B2B sales or business development experience (sector open - FMCG, telco, fintech, banking, insurance, logistics all relevant)

• Confident communicator - you can get a meeting and run it

• Dubai-based or ready to relocate, with the right to work in the UAE

• Arabic a strong plus

The package: AED 12,000 - 15,000 base + commission | Full-time | Onsite | Dubai
