## Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in E-Commerce, Retail, and Grocery Delivery to support a commerce ecosystem built on SAP Commerce Cloud with integrated mobile applications.

The ideal candidate brings strong domain knowledge across the full retail value chain (first mile, middle mile, last mile) and will play a critical role in eliciting, analyzing, validating, and refining business requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. This role requires direct engagement with client business stakeholders and close collaboration with product, architecture, and development teams to ensure functional clarity, completeness, and best-practice solutions.

Responsibilities

• Eliciting, analyzing, validating, and refining business requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in E-Commerce / Retail / Grocery Delivery domains.

• Deep understanding of full retail operational lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience with grocery delivery or omni-channel commerce solutions.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of KPIs such as:

• Conversion rate

• Order fulfillment rate

• Inventory accuracy

• Shrinkage

• Substitution rate

• Delivery SLA compliance

Strong experience in:

• Requirement elicitation & documentation

• Process modeling (BPMN, flow diagrams)

• Gap analysis

• Functional decomposition

• Data analysis

• Experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid environments.

• Ability to manage complex requirement landscapes with multiple stakeholders.
