Sirene by GAIA is a refined Mediterranean dining destination known for exceptional hospitality, elevated cuisine, and immersive guest experiences. We are looking for a polished hospitality professional who can lead front-of-house service standards and ensure a consistently exceptional experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations. • Deliver attentive, professional, and personalized guest service. • Ensure all tables receive seamless and efficient service throughout the dining experience. • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order delivery. • Assist with staff training, onboarding, and coaching on service standards. • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism. • Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, wine pairings, and specials. • Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining room presentation. • Support reservation flow and seating coordination when required. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. • Assist management in achieving service quality and operational goals. Requirements • Previous experience as a Headwaiter, Senior Waiter, or similar role in a fine dining, upscale restaurant or Beach Clubs. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and fine dining etiquette. • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude. • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Based in Dubai and available for a face-to-face interview and trail shift Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Mediterranean or luxury hospitality concepts. • Experience in luxury Beach Club venues. • Wine and beverage knowledge.
