Tele-Sales Manager

UK Outreach | Logistics Sector | Dubai

Location: Office-based, Dubai

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (aligned with UK business hours)

About Our Client

Our client is a UK-based company expanding its operations into Dubai within the logistics space. As part of their growth, they're building out a dedicated tele-sales function to drive new business from the UK market, with the right person positioned to build and lead a team underneath them as the function scales.

The Role

You'll be contacting companies based in the UK, working the phones to generate interest, and setting qualified meetings for the Account Management team to close. This is a high-activity, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on the phones and wants to build something from the ground up.

- Proactively contact UK-based companies via outbound calling

- Set qualified meetings for Account Managers to progress and close

- Manage your own pipeline, data, and daily call activity

- Apply best-practice tele-sales process from day one, no training will be provided so expereince required

- Build and refine your own systems and processes as the desk scales

- Work towards building and leading a team as the function grows

What We're Looking For

- Proven tele-sales experience in B2B (mandatory)

- Confident, experienced cold caller, comfortable picking up the phone with no warm leads

- British educated, with strong command of UK business language and tone for a UK audience

- Comfortable working independently from day one; self-sufficient with data, process, and systems

- Ambitious and team-building mindset, with experience managing a team
