## Description

We have an amazing opportunity in Dubai for a Finance & Operations Manager.

This is a new role leading the finance function within the GCC and Philippines studios. The role requires a strong understanding of the commercial and financial dynamics of project-based business, including WIP management, utilisation tracking, milestone billing, resource-led revenue models and studio performance management. This unique role combines financial leadership, operational oversight, systems enhancement, and strategic business partnering to support continued regional growth and drive operational excellence.
