Key Requirements

✔ Proven marketing experience within the sports industry (sports retail, sporting goods, fitness, sports brands, clubs, leagues, or related sectors

✔ Strong understanding of sports consumers, market trends, and brand position

✔ Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels

✔ Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills

✔ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results

What You'll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement

• Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities

• Manage digital marketing, social media, PR, and retail marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
