## Description

Noorka Logistics is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join its technology and operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an IT professional who can troubleshoot technical issues, maintain computer systems and networks, and provide reliable support to employees. The successful candidate will help ensure that technology systems remain secure, stable, and available for smooth logistics and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems through on-site and remote assistance.

• Monitor network connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and internet services.

• Manage user accounts, email configurations, passwords, and access permissions.

• Install software updates, security patches, antivirus solutions, and required applications.

• Maintain IT assets, equipment records, software licenses, and technical documentation.

• Assist with data backup, recovery procedures, and basic cybersecurity activities.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, maintenance, and technical services.

• Support ERP, logistics, warehouse, and business applications used by employees.

• Respond to IT support requests promptly and maintain service records.

• Ensure company IT policies and security procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or system administration.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware, and networking.

• Familiarity with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and basic network troubleshooting.

• Experience with Active Directory and user account management is an advantage.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, backup systems, and cloud-based applications is preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
