## Description

Role Overview

Talents Hub is recruiting an experienced Senior Aluminum Operations & Sales Manager for a Dubai-based company. We are looking for a hands-on professional who combines strong technical and operational experience in the aluminum industry with proven sales and business development capabilities. The ideal candidate should understand aluminum fabrication, installation, and project operations while also having an existing client network in the UAE and the ability to generate new business and increase company sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee aluminum operations, fabrication, installation, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with production, technical, procurement, site, and commercial teams.

• Understand drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.

• Provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions to clients.

• Generate new business and increase company sales and revenue.

• Develop relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, fit-out companies, and other potential clients.

• Leverage an existing UAE client network to identify new projects and opportunities.

• Identify and follow upcoming projects, tenders, and inquiries.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while protecting company margins.

• Manage opportunities from initial lead generation through negotiation and project award.

• Support management in expanding the company's presence in the UAE aluminum market.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong experience in the aluminum fabrication, installation, or contracting industry.

• UAE aluminum industry experience is highly preferred.

• Strong technical and operational understanding of aluminum works.

• Experience in sales and business development.

• Existing UAE client base/network is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to generate sales and secure projects.

• Good knowledge of the UAE construction and contracting market.

• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to independently develop and convert new business opportunities.

• UAE driving licence is preferred.
