Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and contributing to the company's growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing business trends, collaborating with the sales team, and presenting customized solutions to clients. Your expertise will help shape strategic decisions and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, opportunities, and data for informed decision-making.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Business Development to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

• Excellent Communication and Sales abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams, and to drive revenue.

• Knowledge of the real estate sector and experience in consultancy is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment while maintaining a results-oriented focus.

• Professional English language proficiency is expected, Arabic is a distinct plus
