We're Hiring: Real Estate Sales Manager – Dubai

Fancy Homes is growing its brokerage team and looking for a driven Sales Manager who can hit the ground running — lead the floor, grow the team, and close deals from day one.

Responsibilities:

📈 Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales agents

🧑‍💼 Recruit, hire, and onboard new agents

🎓 Deliver ongoing sales training and mentorship

🎯 Set targets, track KPIs, and drive team performance

🤝 Bring your own network — generate and close deals immediately

🏗️ Build relationships with developers, landlords, and investors

What You Bring:

✅ Minimum 5 years' experience in Dubai real estate brokerage

✅ At least 2 years in a sales management / team leadership role

✅ Proven track record of hitting targets and growing a team

✅ Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership skills

✅ An active network/pipeline you can bring with you

✅ Valid RERA certification
