## Description

About the Role

Our client is a global, regulated financial services group operating at scale across multiple markets. As part of their continued platform evolution, we are seeking a Director of Product - FinTech to lead the strategy, ownership, and execution of their CFD/Crypto product suite during a phase of modernization and growth.

This role is responsible for shaping a competitive, compliant, and scalable trading experience across asset classes, working closely with trading, technology, and commercial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end CFD/Crypto product strategy and roadmap, defining clear priorities and delivery milestones.

• Lead the enhancement of core trading journeys, including deal tickets, order management, portfolio views, and instrument discovery.

• Expand and optimize instrument coverage across FX, Metals, Indices, Commodities, Shares, and Crypto CFDs.

• Partner closely with Dealing, Risk, Engineering, Design, and Compliance to deliver aligned, production-ready product improvements.

• Drive the introduction and refinement of competitive features such as alerts, notifications, personalization, and execution controls.

• Establish product governance, documentation standards, and best practices across the CFD/Crypto domain.

• Mentor and guide Product Managers, ensuring consistency in product quality and decision-making.

• Balance speed of delivery with platform stability, execution quality, and regulatory requirements.

What We are Looking For

• Proven experience owning CFD/Crypto, derivatives, or electronic trading products in a regulated environment.

• Strong understanding of market structure, execution models, pricing, and dealing operations.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex trading products in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

• Hands-on product leadership with strong analytical, specification, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to align technical, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders around clear product objectives.

• Working knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (e.g. CySEC, ASIC, FCA).

• Experience with MT5 or similar trading infrastructure is a strong advantage.
