Job Description: Store Manager – Foot Locker - Arabic Speaker

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, highly dynamic Store Manager (Arabic Speaker) to lead store operations, elevate the customer experience, and drive sales performance.

In this role, you will champion brand loyalty, optimize day-to-day operations, and foster a high-performing, customer-centric team culture. As a store leader, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Performance Management: Establish and execute strategic sales targets to drive top-line revenue and maximize store profitability.

• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate store staff to cultivate a collaborative, high-efficiency team aligned with brand values.

• Customer Experience: Drive a service-first culture that enhances client retention, resolves customer inquiries efficiently, and elevates brand loyalty.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store administration, visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and stockroom controls.

• Brand Standards: Ensure the store environment maintains flawless visual and operational readiness at all times.

• Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory to engage with our local customer base and key stakeholders effectively.

• Experience: 2+ years of proven leadership experience in retail store management (sports fashion, footwear, or apparel background preferred).

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is a plus.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, a customer-first mindset, and demonstrated ability to coach and inspire teams.
