## Description

Are you a seasoned legal professional passionate about sustainability? Join a Dubai-based developer of sustainable energy and environmental infrastructure as a Senior Legal Counsel.

You will report to the General Counsel, acting as their Deputy when they are unavailable, and work closely with senior management. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of legal matters including corporate, commercial, regulatory, governance and compliance matters.

**Essential Skills and experience:**

- Common Law Qualified lawyer who was trained and retained by a major International Law Firm

- 7-12 years' post-qualification experience

- Strong corporate and commercial legal background

- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

**Desirable additional experience:**

- In-house experience in relevant / related sector

- Familiarity with Middle East legal frameworks

- Commercially astute and solutions-oriented
