We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a software and technology company in DUBAI.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🔹 About the Role

As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound prospecting. You will connect with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn, understand their business needs, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings or product demos for the Account Executive team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls

• Research target accounts and generate new opportunities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information in the CRM

• Schedule qualified meetings and product demos

• Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams

• Track lead conversion, meetings, and pipeline performance

🔹 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or business development

• B2B, SaaS, GovTech, or technology sales experience is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident with phone, email, and LinkedIn prospecting

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce

• Ability to understand and explain technology solutions

• Fluent/native-level English

• Highly organised, energetic, resilient, and target-driven
