📍 UAE | Commission-based

The Role

Focused on lead generation across multiple channels to build pipeline for VDITS's four practice areas across the GCC and MENA region.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads across regulated, mission-critical sectors (government, financial services, fintech, oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, healthcare) in the GCC and MENA

- Run multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, email, cold calling, events

- Qualify leads and pass warm opportunities to the BDM for full-cycle closing

- Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM

Requirements

- Strong communication and outreach skills; consulting, IT services or B2B sales background a plus

- Self-starter comfortable on a commission-first structure

- GCC/MENA market knowledge

Compensation

Commission-based on generated and qualified leads initially, transitioning to a base salary as territory scales. Visa sponsorship available for candidates who qualify.
