WE’RE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (SIGNAGE)

📍 UAE | Al Mubarak Sign

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive / Outdoor Sales Executive whose primary responsibility will be to actively find, approach and bring new signage projects directly to our company.

⚠️ This is NOT an indoor sales or customer service position

.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working in the field, visiting potential clients, identifying upcoming projects, reaching decision-makers and converting opportunities into confirmed business

.

Key Responsibilitie

s

* Actively search for and bring new signage projects and client

s* Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, fit-out projects, commercial buildings, retail developments and new business location

s* Approach and develop relationships with

: * Main contractor

s * Fit-out contractor

s * Developer

s * Consultant

s * Architects & interior design companie

s * Property & facility management companie

s * Retail group

s * Restaurants & hospitality companie

s * Corporate procurement department

s* Identify ongoing and upcoming projects requiring signag

e* Connect directly with Procurement Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Facility Managers and other decision-maker

s* Register Al Mubarak Sign as an approved vendor/supplier with potential client

s* Generate RFQs, enquiries and tender opportunitie

s* Arrange client meetings and site visit

s* Coordinate with our internal estimation/production team to prepare quotation

s* Follow up aggressively and professionally on submitted quotation

s* Negotiate with clients and work toward closing order

s* Maintain relationships with existing and newly acquired client

s* Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential project

s* Meet agreed monthly sales and new-business target

s* Provide regular reports on client visits, enquiries, quotations and potential project

Who We Are Looking Fo

The ideal candidate should have

* Previous UAE outdoor sales/business development experienc

e* Experience in the signage industry is highly preferre

d* Experience in signage, fit-out, construction, advertising, fabrication or related industries will be considere

d* An existing network of UAE contractors, developers, procurement teams, fit-out companies or corporate clients is a strong advantag

e* Strong ability to generate business independently rather than depending only on company-provided lead

s* Good understanding of B2B sales and project-based busines

s* Strong communication, networking and negotiation skill

s* Ability to approach new companies and decision-makers confidentl

y* Good knowledge of the UAE marke

t* UAE driving licence preferre

## Requirements

Previous UAE outdoor sales/business development experience. Experience in signage, fit-out, construction, advertising, fabrication or related industries will be considered. An existing network of UAE contractors, developers, procurement teams, fit-out companies or corporate clients is a strong advantage. Strong ability to generate business independently. Good understanding of B2B sales and project-based business. Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills. Ability to approach new companies and decision-makers confidently. Good knowledge of the UAE market. UAE driving licence (preferred).
