Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Planning Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and performance tracking of major construction projects. This role is vital in driving efficient project execution, risk mitigation, and alignment with project milestones and budgetary goals. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain comprehensive project planning packages and regularly update project timelines. • Prepare tender programmes and coordinate with planners to meet contract specifications. • Propose and implement productivity benchmarks and manpower requirements. • Estimate and monitor project cash flow and resource allocation. • Generate detailed reports and visual tools, including S-curves, KPIs, and progress histograms. • Identify and act on critical paths, potential delays, and project risks in coordination with key stakeholders. • Ensure QHSE integration within all planning documents and execution phases. • Support claims management through the preparation of notices and EoT documentation. • Communicate planning requirements and updates with internal departments and subcontractors. • Attend audits, meetings, and ensure accurate weekly/monthly reporting. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering. • Minimum 9 years of experience in project planning, preferably with leading construction contractors. • Proficient in Primavera P6 and other project planning tools. • In-depth understanding of the construction lifecycle, contracts, QHSE standards, and resource planning. • Strong communication and coordination skills in English (verbal and written).
