We’re Hiring: HR Manager — Dubai, UAE
Creative Intelligent Marketing Management is a fast-growing Dubai-based company specializing in medical marketing and healthcare support solutions. We help clinics, hospitals, and healthcare brands strengthen their visibility, connect with more patients, and deliver a smoother patient experience through strategic marketing, patient coordination, administrative support, and follow-up services. Key Responsibilities
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Oversee payroll preparation and ensure compliance with the UAE Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Manage employee relations, address concerns and disputes, and foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Manage employee files, attendance records, leave administration, and performance-evaluation processes.
• Coordinate visa applications, residency procedures, licensing, and other government-related services.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; a master’s degree or CIPD/SHRM certification is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations, including Emiratisation requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
