HR & Recruitment Specialist

📍 Location: JLT, Dubai

Golden Value Real Estate is looking for a highly organized and results-driven HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience who can also manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Source, screen, and interview candidates.

* Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified real estate brokers and support staff.

* Coordinate interviews with management.

* Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.

* Monitor employee probation periods.

HR Operations

* Manage attendance and leave records.

* Prepare monthly payroll data.

* Calculate commissions, deductions, and salary adjustments.

* Maintain employee files and HR documentation.

* Handle employee relations and HR inquiries.

* Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of HR and Recruitment experience in the UAE.

* Previous experience in Real Estate is highly preferred.

* Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.

* Experience with payroll and attendance systems.

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

* Highly organized and detail-oriented.

## Requirements
