## Description

ABL SAT (Du channel Partner) is seeking ambitious Business Development Executives to join our team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals with experience in the Telecom industry / B2B Sales who are passionate about building strong client relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals, and client meetings.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations to prospective customers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Recommend suitable telecom products and value-added solutions that align with customer needs.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Telecom field / B2B Sales

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
