## Description

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Lead to lead the architectural team and oversee the design, coordination, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-rise towers and large-scale developments, with proven capability in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural team across all project stages.

• Oversee architectural design, technical development, detailing, and project delivery.

• Coordinate closely with Structural, MEP, BIM, and other disciplines.

• Review drawings, BIM models, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure quality and compliance.

• Identify and resolve design, coordination, and constructability issues.

• Manage project deliverables, deadlines, resources, and team workload.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.

• Ensure designs comply with UAE building codes, authority requirements, and project standards.

• Mentor and guide architects and BIM team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably within an engineering or architectural consultancy.

• Strong experience in high-rise towers and large-scale residential/mixed-use developments.

• Proven experience leading and managing architectural teams.

• Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, coordination, and constructability.

• Advanced BIM/Revit experience is a must.

• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and BIM workflows.

• Experience with Dubai/UAE authority requirements and approval processes is highly preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
