Position: Human Resource Generalist

Experience: Minimum 5–10+ years of experience into HR Operations

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum 5–10+ years of experience into HR Operations

• Experience with HCM/HRIS systems

• Manage employee lifecycle activities – onboarding to offboarding

• Handle HR operations, contracts, probation, leave, benefits and employee records

• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure process accuracy

• Support employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and investigations
